Bexhill and Battle Conservatives held their Association  Quiz Final  at HurstGreen Village Hall on Friday 13th November.

 

Teams from Northiam, Etchingham, Ticehurst, Catsfield and Crowhurst, Heathfield and Bexhill  battled to win the new cup, kindly donated by Greg Barker M P under the scrutiny of Quiz Mistress Heather Godwin.

 

The " Etchers"  team just pipped the "Sympals" team from Catsfield and Crowhurst and the last question really made all the difference. The question was a topical one about The Archers and we understand that the some of the "Etchers" members had been listing to the program on the car radio on the way to the quiz?
