I was born and grew up in South London and moved to Battle with our family in 1976 because of a business opportunity. Luckily for us the business was successful and in the meantime because we loved the area so much we decided to stay in Battle and having moved many times we are now living in our 5th house. In my mid 40's we sold the business and I changed careers with the help of one of the major banks and enjoyed a career in Financial Services until I retired in 2010. Having spent a lifetime with numbers and feeling passionate about Conservatism I now feel at home with our small team of volunteers in Bexhill managing the Association finances and getting to know how it all works!...."
